Our 23rd Annual Golf Classic takes place this Wednesday, September 20, at Mercer Oaks West Golf Course. The $135 entry fee covers 18 holes of golf, a cart, tee gift package, lunch, cocktails, dinner, and prizes. The kitchen has an immediate opening. The hours are from 9 - 1, Monday through Friday. No nights, no weekends, and no holidays and off for the entire summer. Today we celebrate Catechetical Sunday, and impart a special blessing to our catechists as they begin a new year. How grateful we are that so many of our parishioners devote themselves to this important ministry of the Church--to share the faith with our young members. The 2017 Catechetical Sunday theme is Living as Missionary Disciples. Catechetical Sunday is an opportunity for all to rededicate themselves to this mission as a community of faith.
