National Vocation Awareness Week is an annual week-long celebration of the Catholic Church in the United States dedicated to promote vocations to the priesthood, diaconate and consecrated life through prayer and education, and to renew our prayers and support for those who are considering one of these particular vocations. The OLS-SA Holy Name Society is a parish organization devoted to serving the spiritual, social, and faithful needs of the men of our parish, which it has been doing for the past 80 years. We are part of a National Federation that professes several objectives, including: honoring the Holy Name of Jesus; imitating him in our thoughts, words, and actions; performing the spiritual and corporal works of mercy; and combating pornography.
