Have you wondered what the seasons of the Church are? Do you wonder where you can find the Christmas schedule, or the Holy Week Schedule? The NJ Conference of Catholic Bishops has approved a postcard campaign designed to ask our State Senators and Assembly Members to support legislation that would ban abortions after 20 weeks (5 months). The United States is one of only 7 countries in the world including China, North Korea, and Vietnam that allow elective abortion past 20-weeks. Our parish will participate in this campaign next weekend (February 16-17) Pre-printed postcards will be in the pews. We are asking parishioners to enter their address and signature. The parish will forward them to our legislators.

St. Gregory the Great Parish is hosting an informative presentation “How Safe Is Our Religious Freedom Today?” by Matthew Franck, Ph.D., Associate Director of the James Madison Program in American Ideals and Institutions at Princeton University. Find out how developments on the American political and social scene have jeopardized our country’s commitment to the full protection of religious freedom promised by our Constitution. Due to heightened shipping demands, the company that prints our bulletin has moved up the deadline for Christmas and New Year's. In order for us to submit the bulletin for December 25th on time, articles and information are requested by December 12.
