Ash Wednesday, the beginning of Lent, is on February 14th this year. Please bring in any old palms to be burned and used as ashes on Ash Wednesday before February 12! Containers will be placed near all the exit door of both churches next weekend (February 10-11) for the palms.

Our parish will celebrate a new tradition following the "Bambinelli Sunday" tradition begun at the Vatican. All are invited to bring the Christ-child figure from their home creche to Mass on the third Sunday of Advent (December 17) to be blessed. Click here for more information.

Beginning on the weekend of December 2-3, the Church will be celebrating the season of Advent, a time to anticipate the birth of Christ, the Light of the World. Families are invited to carry the lighted Advent candle in the procession at the beginning of each weekend Mass. Christmas wreaths will be available for pickup on Sunday, December 10, at OLS only, from 9:00 AM to Noon.
