    This Thursday, January 25, the Feast of the Conversion of St. Paul, marks the 30th anniversary of episcopal ordination of our Bishop Emeritus, John M. Smith. Let us remember in our prayers Bishop Smith, who served as our diocesan bishop from 1997 to 2010. His episcopal motto was “Serve the Lord with Gladness.” Bishop Smith, now 82, resides at Morris Hall Meadows, Lawrenceville, a diocesan nursing facility.
