This Sunday, September 18, the Church celebrates Catechetical Sunday, a day to honor those who teach the Faith within religious education programs and in the process of Adult Christian Initiation. A special blessing will be imparted to our catechists during the 11:00 AM Mass.

We have begun reading "Mere Christianity" by C.S. Lewis, but you can still join us! The book club meets every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month, so we will be meeting this coming Thursday to discuss Chapters 2 & 3. Please join us!

With the generous help of the Proulx family, members of the Creation Care Team prepared the ground in front of the school for the new pollinator garden on Saturday, September 10. Planting begins Saturday, Sept. 17!

Starting in October, the parish will offer a special Liturgy of the Word for Children at the 11:00 Mass. Children are invited to come forward after the opening prayer. They process down to the Church Hall to hear and reflect on the readings of the day in age-appropriate language. Then they return at the Offertory to celebrate the Liturgy of the Eucharist with their families.
