The safety of our students is our top priority.
Please review the following procedures carefully and share them with anyone responsible for dropping off or picking up your child.
Students should arrive on time, but no more than 10 minutes early.
Loitering outside before class is not permitted. Please park in designated spaces, keeping fire lanes clear.
All students enter through the door marked #3.
Sunday & Monday (Grades 1–6): Students gather in the gym for opening prayers. Hall monitors will escort them.
Parents are asked to remain outside of the building.
Wednesday (Grades 1–6): Students report directly to the cafeteria.
Wednesday (Grades 7–8): Students report to their classrooms.
Doors open at 5:50 p.m.; students will not be admitted earlier.
All students are dismissed through door #3.
Parents should wait outside the gated area near the entrance for pickup.
Catechists and volunteers will escort students to the dismissal area and ensure each child identifies their parent or guardian before leaving.
We ask that parents wave or step forward so your child and the catechist can clearly see you before the student walks over.
Hall monitors will remain present until all students have been safely picked up.
If your child arrives late, a hall monitor will escort them to their classroom.
Repeated tardiness will result in contact from the Religious Education Office.
Children become anxious when family members are late.
If a child is not picked up promptly, they will be escorted to the Religious Education Office (located in the school building) to call home.
On the first day, all students gather in the gym to meet their catechist.
After introductions, parents and children will go together to the classroom for a brief orientation.
All visitors must report to the Religious Education Office.
Unauthorized visitors are not permitted in classrooms or hallways.
“Walk-in” visits to the office during class time are strongly discouraged, as they disrupt classes and staff duties.
Please make an appointment or visit between Monday–Thursday, 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
If you need to pick up your child early, please contact the office first.
Catechists are instructed not to release students without office authorization.
