The Liturgy of the Word for Children will be offered at the 11:00 Mass on December 21, and January 4. All children in Grades K-4 are invited to participate. The Scriptures of the Sunday are presented in a relatable and age appropriate manner.
The Christmas Collection is the most important appeal of the year and goes a very long way to helping us meet our financial obligations to the Diocese and our vendors. Please remember the parish on your Christmas list. Thanks for your generosity.
During Advent, you can carry the lighted Advent candle in procession at the beginning of each weekend Mass! If you are interested, please arrive at church 20 minutes before Mass starts, and speak to the assisting Deacon.
Please note that the parish office will be closed on Monday, December 8, in honor of the Feast of the Immaculate Conception. The office will re-open at the usual time on Tuesday. The parish office will then close at 12:00 on Wednesday, December 10.
During November, 34 parishioners provided 167 hours of service to 31 persons. Caring Hearts volunteers provide a variety of non-medical services to our homebound elderly and disabled neighbors. Next Sunday, December 14, will be Bambinelli Sunday, the blessing of the Baby Jesus, at all Masses. We invite you, especially our children, to bring your “Gesu Bambino” from your home nativity scene to Mass on December 14.
