On this 250th anniversary of the founding of our country, our Bishop David O'Connell, in union with all of the bishops of the United States of America, has requested that all Catholics consecrate the United States to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Click here for the prayer of consecration.
Over the next few weeks, work will be undertaken to improve the sound systems of both our churches by a major electronics upgrade and speaker replacement. The cost of this project will be paid for in large part through a generous bequest recently received.

Our parish will be hosting the Loaves and Fishes meal at St. Mary's Cathedral in Trenton on June 27, and we need volunteers! We also need volunteers on Friday, June 26, to prepare boxed lunches for distribution on Saturday. Click here for a link to more information.
On Friday, June 12, the Solemnity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, we heed the appeal of the US bishops to consecrate our nation to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, in observance of the 250th birthday of our nation. Click here to find the prayers for this, and for the sanctification of all priests.
Next weekend, June 13 & 14, we will celebrate the Feast of St. Anthony of Padua. Because he is the Co-Patron of our parish and titular of the church, the day is given the rank of Solemnity. The texts of all Masses next weekend will be that of St. Anthony. At the conclusion of the Mass, a blessing with his relic will be imparted to the faithful.
