Prayer Shawl Group

The Prayer Shawl Group works on making prayer shawls for patients in area hospitals, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes. They meet in the Church Meeting Room, on the OLS campus on the third Monday of the month at 1:00 PM. If you'd like to join us, but are concerned that you don't know how, please come anyway. We will help you get started!

September 7The Prayer Shawl group will meet this month on September 15, at 1:00 PM, in the Church Meeting Room at Our Lady of Sorrows. Our Mission is to create prayer shawls, lap robes, and dialysis blankets for those under treatment, and for those in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. We also create baby blankets for distribution at local Pro-Life pregnancy centers. We are always delighted to welcome new members, even if you don't yet know how to crochet.
