2023 Annual Catholic Appeal Kicks off next week

We are the BODY of CHRIST is the 2023 Catholic Appeal theme. We are the eyes of Christ through which he looks with compassion on this world. We are the feet of Christ with which he walks to do good. We are the hands of Christ through which he blesses all the world.

The Diocese of Trenton’s Annual Catholic Appeal supports Families, Youth & Young Adult Ministries, Catholic Social Services, Pastoral Care, and Outreach to the Poor and Vulnerable, as well as Evangelization and Communications Outreach, Religious Education for Children and the Rite of Election of Adults, Catholic School Programs, and Professional Development for Educators. In addition, it supports Finding and Forming Priests, Retired Priest Care, the Preparation of Deacons, and the Support of Religious Men and Women.

The appeal kicks off next weekend. Our parish goal again this year is $100,000. If we collect payments to reach the goal, we receive a rebate of 15%! Our rebate is even greater if we should surpass the goal. This we can surely do if every working person were to make a gift to the Appeal as his or her means permit.
