Congratulations, Fr. Alabrè

Tomorrow, during the Chrism Mass at the Co-Cathedral of St. Robert Bellarmine, Bishop O’Connell will “incardinate” Fr. Pierre Michel Alabrè as a priest of the Diocese of Trenton. Until now, Father Alabrè has been a member of the religious institute, Voluntas Dei. Having served our Diocese for many years, Father Alabrè requested and received permission to be released from the Institute to become a priest of our Diocese. We offer him our prayerful congratulations as he makes the Diocese of Trenton his home.

We hasten to add that Fr. Alabrè’s incardination comes in the year of his silver jubilee in the Holy Priesthood. We will be celebrating this happy occasion in November.
