St Catharine Church (Holmdel) is currently seeking applicants for a full-time Coordinator of Religious Education (CRE). The qualified candidate has experience in parish ministry and will work closely with the Pastor in advancing the mission in the parish. The Coordinator of Religious Education is responsible for the Religious Education Program for grades 1-8, family catechesis, as well as Reconciliation, Communion and Confirmation preparation.

The CRE is also responsible for the recruiting, training, and leading of catechists for both the Religious Education Program and RCIA. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of a BA Degree in Religious Education, Theology, or related field. Candidates with an unrelated degree will be required to complete the Diocesan Leadership Program for Parish Catechetical Leaders.
