Prayer Shawl Group Meeting Date Change

The Prayer Shawl group usually meets on the second Monday of the month, at 1:00 PM, in the Church Meeting Room at Our Lady of Sorrows. This month, we will meet on the third Monday, September 15.

Our Mission is to create prayer shawls, lap robes, and dialysis blankets for those under treatment, and for those in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. We also create baby blankets for distribution at local Pro-Life pregnancy centers. Each item we create includes prayers for the intended recipient.

We are always delighted to welcome new members, even if you don't yet know how to crochet. Knitters are also welcome!
