Caring Crowd, Home Health Nursing, and the Pandemic

Mount Carmel Guild continues to serve the Mercer County community, but we need your support to ensure our Home Health Nursing program can as well. Many of us can relate to the desire shared by nearly all older individuals to age in place in the comfort and familiarity of their own home. The Guild's Home Health Nursing program makes this possible by offering professional nursing care FREE OF CHARGE to Mercer County seniors and low income individuals.

Promoting medical stability and safety, our program is a valuable resource allowing many patients to remain at home for years. Indeed, the severe effects of COVID-19 on our older population shows more than ever the importance of home health care in minimizing hospitalizations and nursing home admissions.
