A very popular devotion for Catholics during Lent is the Stations of the Cross, a virtual visit to the sites of Jesus’ Passion. The traditional format is attributed to St. Francis and was popularized by the Franciscans during the 14th century. Over the years, many variations have blossomed, offering different ways to meditate on the Passion, Station by Station.
Thanks to the Covenant of Love marriage ministry (https://www.thealexanderhouse.org/covenant-of-love), our parish is offering Stations of the Cross this Lent, with prayers and reflections designed for married couples.
Please come and join the parish Marriage Ministry Team at 7 pm on Friday, March 24, in Our Lady of Sorrows Church.
