The reception of the Holy Eucharist for the first time is always a cherished day in the life of the faithful. Congratulations of our young first communicants who received Our Lord this weekend at the 10:30 am Mass at Saint Anthony Church and the older students at the 5:00 pm Mass at Our Lady of Sorrows Church.
Thanks to those who helped organize our recent Ministry Fair, and to those who attended it! We hope those who visited came to appreciate the various organizations and ministries that keep our parish life vibrant. And we hope that some who came may have indicated their willingness to serve!
We congratulate the fifty-one boys and girls who will be receiving the Holy Eucharist for the first time this Saturday, May 2. We thank their parents and catechists for preparing them so well for this sacred encounter.

The Lumen Christi Cohort (OLS-SA, St. Gregory the Great, and St. Raphael-Holy Angels) is sponsoring an exhibit on the Shroud of Turin, including a full-sized replica of the shroud, display panels on the history and scientific investigations of the Shroud, and a statue of Jesus based on the three-dimensional data contained in the shroud image.
