We collected over 100 items for babies during our Baby Blanket Drive in October, thanks to the generosity of our parishioners, who used their time and talent to create lovely items that will show our care for the babies whose mothers have chosen life! The Rosary Altar Society is holding its annual Christmas Wreath sale. All proceeds from the sale benefit the parish community. Click here for details.

If you have made a baby blanket during Respect Life Month (October), please bring it to the church this weekend (Nov. 1-2). We will be in the Church Hall at St. Anthony Church and in Holy Family Hall at Our Lady of Sorrows Church after all Masses. We can't wait to see what you've made!

The Rosary Altar Society invites you to a morning of recollection, on Saturday October 18. The day begins with "Fr. Stas" (Fr. Stanley Lukaszewski) celebrating our 9:00 AM Mass. The ladies will then proceed to Holy Family Hall for the remainder of the program. Click here for more information.

October is Respect Life Month, and we are asking all parishioners who know how to crochet, knit, quilt, etc. to make a baby blanket during October for the local crisis pregnancy center. Give these mothers the gift of knowing someone cares enough to create a soft, bright, welcoming blanket for their baby. Click here for more information.

The Prayer Shawl group will meet this month on September 15, at 1:00 PM, in the Church Meeting Room at Our Lady of Sorrows. Our Mission is to create prayer shawls, lap robes, and dialysis blankets for those under treatment, and for those in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. We also create baby blankets for distribution at local Pro-Life pregnancy centers. We are always delighted to welcome new members, even if you don't yet know how to crochet. The Prayer Shawl group will meet on Monday, July 14, at 1:00 PM in the Church Meeting Room at Our Lady of Sorrows. If you are interested in making prayer shawls for the sick, dialysis blankets for those undergoing dialysis, or baby blankets, please join us. Click here for more information.

The Rosary Altar Society will hold its annual May Crowning on Monday May 5, before their monthly meeting. The May Crowning will be at 7:00 PM at Our Lady of Sorrows Church.

The stained glass windows at Our Lady of Sorrows Church, which have been recently refurbished, represent some of the many titles of Our Blessed Mother. Click here for a link to a description of each panel of the windows in the nave of the church.

All Rosarians are invited to attend our Christmas Luncheon on Sunday, January 19, 2025, at Villa Maria on Quakerbridge Road. The luncheon will begin at 1:00 PM. The cost is $35. Click here for details.

Corporate Sunday is December 1 at the 8:00 AM Mass at Our Lady of Sorrows. All parishioners are invited to join us after Mass when we pray the rosary. The monthly meeting is Dec 2 at 7:00 in OLS Church Meeting Room. We will be having an Advent Service prior to the business meeting.

There will be a meeting of the Prayer Shawl Group on Monday, October 21, at 1:00 PM in the Church Meeting Room. Please come and meet the new leadership!

Bishop David O’Connell and Rev. Michael Hall, along with area priests, deacons, and sisters, invite you to the 20th Annual Regional Rosary Altar Society Mass. The mass will take place on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at the Church of Saint Gregory the Great.
