Lent begins on Wednesday, February 18. We will be collecting blessed palms through February 15, to be burned for use on Ash Wednesday. Containers will be at the doors of both churches. Please bring loose palms only, no plastic bags, paper bags, rubber bands, plastic ties, or clips. Thank you!

On Saturday, February 7, a morning retreat will be held for Year I (7th grade) candidates and their sponsors. The day begins with participation at our 9:00 am Mass.
On the Feast of the Presentation of the Lord, the Church invites us to esteem the witness of those who have chosen to follow Christ by means of the evangelical counsels: poverty, chastity, and obedience. Let us pray for all consecrated sisters and brothers that the Lord may make fruitful their apostolate and grant their communities many vocations.
The Memorial of St. Blaise, Bishop & Martyr, is celebrated on Tuesday, Feb. 3, with a traditional blessing of throats. Join us for either the 7:00 AM or 9:00 AM Mass, followed in both cases by the blessing of throats!
During January, 36 parishioners provided 208.5 hours of service to 32 persons. Caring Hearts volunteers provide a variety of non-medical services to our homebound elderly and disabled neighbors. The parish office will be closed on Monday, January 19, in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr's. birthday. The office will reopen at the usual time on Tuesday.
This Thursday (January 21) marks the anniversary of the Supreme Court decision that legalized abortion. While the ruling has been overturned, the Court turned the issue over to the States. Thus, the battle to defend human life remains. Click here to find a way that you can help in prayer.
